Mission Statement

The Rules and Oversight Committee (RAOC) ensures the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the Echo Park Neighborhood Council and all its committees by:

 

1. Make the decisions of EPNC open, understandable and transparent. 

2. Identify problems or conflicts within the EPNC Bylaws, and Standing Rules

3. Propose changes to neighborhood council policies, including but not limited to, BONC & DONE policies, procedures, and codes

4. Provide an opportunity for stakeholders to be more actively involved in shaping EPNC policy
